The first consideration is that of usability. This is where the determination of how user-friendly the database will be. The second consideration is when it comes to security. This is considered an essential part of the implementation, because of the type of information the database will be handling. The third consideration is when it comes to scalability. This is good to have in place in case the database needs to grow.

The first database that I chose that would be useful for a small business is Salesforce. Salesforce is an all-in-one and is cloud based solution that has everything you need in CRM software. Salesforce can be used typically for large businesses and enterprises, when it comes to using it for a small business it allows you to take advantage of the product’s robust set of CRM tools and resources at affordable, small-business friendly price. The second database that I chose that would be useful for a small business is Insightly. Insightly is simple but the CRM software fits the bill for microbusinesses. The capabilities are basic which a small business relies on. The scalability is high if the business decides to grow.
