IRAC Explanation
1. Issue: what question or questions are to be decided by the court to solve the legal matter before it? (It usually begins with whether; did; does; etc.).

2. Rule of law- what law governs the decision in the case. Be thorough and define it. If the rule is, for example, “the 8th amendment forbids the imposition of cruel

and unusual punishment”, also define what cruel and unusual punishment is and any exceptions to that rule that applies to the facts of the specific case.
3. The analysis discusses the facts and applies the rule of law to them to explain the basis or reason for the court’s decision. Do not simply give a conclusion as

your analysis, explain. Answer the question WHY? Keep asking and answering the question why. The analysis is concerned with your ability to think. It may require that

you read the case more than once, but certainly requires you to read it. Use the important facts in the analysis. Then apply the law. Then use both to explain the

reason for the decision.
4. The conclusion simply answers the question raised in the issue.

Project description
Just read the case study and answer the questions below.
Thank you.

Case Study:
Alan Thompson is a nurse in community health and a member of a committee assigned to assess the health care needs of the aging “baby boomers” in Duxbury County. Mr.

Thompson and his committee are aware that as the baby-boomer population ages, health care professionals need to prepare for a rapid increase in the number of people

older than 65 years of age. The committee’s purpose is to make suggestions to the health department and county officials about how to prepare for the influx in health

services that will be needed for these older adults.

Currently, 25% of the population in Duxbury County are older than 65 years. However, in 25 years this percentage is expected to increase more than 50%. Currently, five

primary care providers are in the county, with service waiting lists ranging from 1 to 3 weeks; only one of these providers specializes in geriatric care. One 54-bed

long-term nursing care facility is in the northern region of the spacious county. Because of rural roads, there is no public transit system. However, residents may

call a hospital shuttle program if they need transportation to a physician’s appointment.

Questions:
The first step of community assessment is clearly defining the client. What are the geographic boundaries of the community of interest? Which people are members of

this community? What characteristics do they have in common?

What methods of data generation should Mr. Thompson use to assess the community’s knowledge and beliefs, values and sentiments, goals and perceived needs, norms,

problem-solving processes, power, leadership, and influence structures?

A night in with coco chanel my thoughts on lifetime 2008 movie chanel

2008 Lifetime movie chanel staring Shirley maclaine ,was a extremely excellent film .The film goes into the personal life of coco chanel ,telling about her childhood ,her affairs with two men, and how they scorned her different ways .The fashion in this film really captured my eye, the straw hats were so amazing that I’m inspired to make my own hats .The texture of the designs of chanel’s clothes , were unique and really made a statement .I was really fascinated with the way she took a piece of her competitors clothing ,which was a black dress and made it into spectacular creation .I also liked the fact that chanel took an ordinary house hold item, like a curtain and made a Shaw out of it . The color in chanel’s designs were delightfully, simple and elegant .The structure of chanel’s designs were really fantastic , she really put a lot of time and effort into her design’s .The line in chanel’s designs were outstanding, they really defined the silhouette of those times .I highly recommend this film to anyone , interested in fashion and hearing about coco chanel’s life story .
