2. how ethical are today’s employees?  I am asking this since there are always discussions how employees have changed regarding their work ethic, being loyal to their employers, and the whole attitude of ethics.

Ethical and hard working employees are creating a great work environment and culture, Obviously, it is very important how ethical top management is/appears in order for all other employees to be ethical – leading by example!
