Paper instructions:
Possible projects include designing a conflict resolution program for school, community, or workplace; investigating the impact of a specific culture on conflict resolution strategies; researching issues such as ethical dilemmas or mediator power and influence; or the application of mediation to family disputes, community and public disputes, organizational disputes, environmental disputes, or international disputes. The project must include a written report of 10-12 pages, typed and double-spaced. Follow the APA guidelines for your paper, including title page, referring to and quoting from published works, and reference list. A minimum of five references must be used. Attach copies of the journal articles cited and a summary of any book cited.
