I’m thinking of the problems which happened in Libya after or because of the revolution. For example, (Ensure financial balance for Libyan investment contracts in the framework of international arbitration), How can we avoid adjudications against Libya by using the absence of a true representation of Libya before the international arbitration………( Al-Kharafi case). Kuwaiti company sued Libya in Egyptian arbitration and it has judgment against Libya(compensation in the amount of one billion while the original contract is fifty one million. The need for a special law of Arbitration to address those problems. / causes / consequences / solution
