Portfolio Report: Agency Report 150 points

Students will be required to conduct research and prepare a research report on a federal or state regulatory agency.
The agency report must give a description of the following:
• Agency’s goals/mission
• Policy
• Issues the agency addresses
• History of the agency
• Type of service the agency provides
• Describe the regulated community the agency serves, structure and organization, examples of service and regulated activities {SAFHS Goals 2, 10}.
The agency report should consist of six (6) pages:
• First page, title page (See page 2, for details)
• Page 2-5, typed double space content pages which must include the introduction
• Page 6, (1) reference page, 4-5 citied references
The font size must be no larger than 12 (Twelve). All reports must be in electronic format, uploaded and submitted for grading. There will a designated area for
uploading all portfolio reports. It’s important that students proofread their reports, (2) points will be deducted per grammar error.
If you are citing information from various resources, you must use the APA citation format. Reports submitted that do not include a reference page in APA citation
